𝟑. 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬: USE STORIES and go live! Most brands use this as a way to see how you communicate to your audience in a live setting to promote products and services. Pro tip: save all of your stories and analytics for recaps and future brand outreach. These metrics are very important!
𝟒. 𝐂𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬: VALUE is the name of the game here. Make sure you are curating a connection and solving a problem for your audience enticing them to purchase. When working with major brands it is crucial to run your copy and content by the team for approval. You want to make sure you are representing yourself and the brand to the fullest! Most companies will help you co-write a post for your feed. Make sure you’ve got all the proper hashtags and handles listed.
𝟓. 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Quality over quantity here! If you have 20k followers, but your posts only get about 100-300 likes brands will see that as a major red flag and will be hesitant to work with you. Make sure you have an engaged audience and if you don’t get to building one! 🔥
