I remember the first time I ever heard of this wonderful phrase. I was at an ecstatic dance class thatย @chelsaezirna led. I was so full of anger. Nothing in my life felt like it was lining up. I had just left my marriage and felt like the universe was out to get me. But I knew one thing… I was ready to let TF go. This negative energy was not serving me in anyway. โฃโฃ

During the class I remember I started dancing so hard I started crying. It was the emotion leaving my body and it felt so amazing. After the class, I felt called to tell chelsae the amazing therapy she just provided for me.
