𝐈 𝐅𝐎𝐑𝐆𝐈𝐕𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔. 𝐈’𝐌 𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐑𝐘. 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐊 𝐘𝐎𝐔. 𝐈 𝐋𝐎𝐕𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔. I had no idea how much the Ho’oponopono healing prayer would change my life. ⁣⁣

I remember the first time I ever heard of this wonderful phrase. I was at an ecstatic dance class that @chelsaezirna led. I was so full of anger. Nothing in my life felt like it was lining up. I had just left my marriage and felt like the universe was out to get me. But I knew one thing… I was ready to let TF go. This negative energy was not serving me in anyway. ⁣⁣

During the class I remember I started dancing so hard I started crying. It was the emotion leaving my body and it felt so amazing.
